Family and friends have identified the person that Turlock police found deceased near Turlock railroad tracks on Saturday morning, and previous to a GoFundMe page made in support of the family, was unidentified. A GoFundMe donation page has been created to raise funds for the family of Aundre Rawlins.
After 25 years, the remains of a woman found in Florida in 1990 has been identified as a person reported missing in Turlock in 1992. On the morning of April 3, 1990, the deceased remains of a female were discovered by a prison crew in Collier County, Fla.
The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office has officially identified the deceased male found near Turlock railroad tracks Saturday morning as Aundre Rawlins, 21, of Turlock. Rawlins was located near the Union Pacific Railroad tracks, along Golden State Boulevard north of Fulkerth Road, after Turlock police received report of a body at approximately 8:18 a.m. Saturday.
