The Turlock City Parks, Recreation and Community (PRC) Commission Meeting Agenda will include Brown Act training, approval of two youth football programs as affiliates, a request to name the dog park Gabi Kinsella Dog Park, and considering expanding the PRC Commission from seven to thirteen members.
 
Gabi Kinsella resigned from the PRC Commission after the last meeting in January.

    Just as I said, the city will grant both TYF and TVYFL affliate status so that they can collect the $3.50 tax from ALL the kids.

    Why do you think Modesto is relieved Turlock took her off their hands. Everybody in Modesto laughed when she was hired. They laughed even harder in Modesto when Turlock hired their police chief who ran MPD into the ground ad made them their city manager.
