The lights have been tested and the lift has arrived on California Ave. west of Berkeley. The neighborhood has once again come to decorate the tree lined street with thousands of lights. The taco truck arrives at 2:00 to feed the hungry helpers. This has become a wonderful tradition for this group of families.
