On February 14, 2009 Camp Taylor is having its annual Dinner & Auction to raise funds and awareness for valley children with heart disease.
My family is actively involved with the Camp Taylor organization and my company, Millerick Engineering, Inc. is one of the main event sponsors for the annual fundraiser dinner.
The director of Camp Taylor, Kimberlie Gamino, has asked our son Ethan to speak during the “Valentine Hearts” dinner.
Ethan has multiple cardiac conditions collectively known as Shone’s Complex.
If you are interested in attending this event it is Saturday February 14, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. at The Double Tree Hotel in Modesto California.
Tickets are $65 per pair and it is a formal event and need to be purchased by January 31, 2009.
Please contact me immediately if you are interested in attending or making a donation because the date is quickly approaching .
We understand that economic times are tough, but the need for our program and requests from other heart families is increasing.
Attached to this email is a donation letter from Camp Taylor. If you can make a monetary donation or provide an item that can be used in the auction, we would be so very grateful.
If you know anyone who would be interested in attending this event or making a donation, please feel free to pass this email on to them.
If you know of a child who has heart disease, please direct them to the Camp Taylor website.
Here is Camp Taylor’s official website. Please have a look.
