Independent Junior Livestock Exhibitor Fair Deadlines

Entry deadlines are fast approaching for Independent Junior Livestock exhibitors at the 2009 Stanislaus County Fair. 

All required Stanislaus County Fair independent exhibitor entry information for market beef is due at the Fair Office no later than Monday, March 30, by 5 p.m.  Independent exhibitor entry information for market sheep, swine and goats will be due no later than Friday, May 29, by 5 p.m.  

For registration forms and complete rules and requirements, please stop by the Stanislaus County Fair office at 900 N. Broadway, Turlock, or call (209) 668-1333, ext. 303.

In addition, you can find fair news at facebook.com by searching for ‘StanislausCounty Fair.’ Fair news and event listings are also available at visit myspace.com/stancofair. Detailed information about the 2009 Stanislaus County Fair is on the fair’s website at www.stancofair.com.

The Stanislaus County Fair is now in its 98th year. The 2009 fair opens Friday, July 31, 2009, for a 10-day celebration of Stanislaus County’s rich agricultural heritage. The theme of this year’s fair, “Renewable Fun,” encourages both adults and children to appreciate the blending of tradition with innovation in order to preserve our environment while enjoying its abundance.
