A Memorial Day Service will be held at Turlock Memorial Park at 10:00am on Monday.

The event honors Americans that have lost their lives while serving in the United States military.

Turlock Memorial Park and gravestones will be decorated with flags in observance of the national holiday.

The American Legion, Veteran’s of Foreign Wars and Disabled American Veterans will participate in the memorial service. As the Turlock Memorial Day Service at the cemetery is a long standing tradition for the city, Mayor John Lazar and other dignitaries will speak and take part in the service.

The public is invited to this celebration. Turlock Memorial Park is located at 425 N. Soderquist Road.
