All the daycare children were evacuated and their parents were notified. The children were moved to Dutcher School.
The Turlock Police Department closed Colorado Avenue in front of the school until the Stanislaus County Sheriff Bomb Disposal Unit cleared the scene.
The bomb threat was just a scare as the suspicious package in the parking lot was moved and destroyed in a nearby field.The package was not explosive.
The Turlock Police are investigating the bomb threat call.
