Consider submittal of the Report of Survey, Statement of Proposed Charge to include Stanislaus County APN 058-014,013, containing 9.07 acres, owned by James Viera; and a 16.94-acre portion of APN 058-014-026, owned by Hughes 2006 Revocable Trust, into Improvement District No. 98, known as the Neuman Ditch, and authorization to schedule a public hearing for March 16, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.

2. Resolution Authorizing Survey and Preparation of Charges for Proposed Assessment of Proposed Inclusion into Improvement District No. 197, known as the Riise Ditch
Consider adoption of a resolution and receipt of petition, authorizing the survey and preparation of charges to include APN 045-011-014, containing 19.73-acres, owned by Dennis N. Larson and Laurel D. Ruddy; into Improvement District No. 197, known as the Riise Ditch.
