Consider authorization to abandon 11 parcels containing a total of 11.17 acres from 6 improvement districts.

2. Resolution of Final Order Approving the Dissolution of Certain Improvement Districts
Consider approval of the dissolution of Improvement District 263 and Improvement District 942, which have no current membership and are no longer operational.

3. Resolution Adopting Annual Energy Efficiency Goals for the Calendar Years 2010 through 2019
