All matters listed hereunder will be acted upon by a single vote of the Board. There will be no individual discussion of these items unless a member of the Board or the public so requests, in which event the matter shall be removed from the Consent Calendar and considered as a separate agenda item.
1. Approval of minutes of the regular meeting of March 9, 2010.
2. Approval of Turlock Irrigation District checks dated March 16, 2010.

Interested persons in the audience are welcome to introduce any topic within the District’s jurisdiction. Matters presented under this heading may be discussed, but no action will be taken by the Board at this meeting.
 
E. PUBLIC HEARING – 9:00 a.m.
1. Resolution of Final Order of the Turlock Irrigation District Board of Directors Approving Inclusion of Additional Land into Improvement District No. 98, known as the Neuman Ditch
Conduct hearing and consider approval of the inclusion of additional land, APN 058-014-013, owned by James Viera, containing 9.07 acres; and 058-014-026, containing a 16.94-acres portion owned by James W. Hughes and Beverly A. Morgan, into Improvement District 98, known as the Neuman Ditch.

Consider request to dissolve Improvement District No. 1406, known as the Sousa-Carson Ditch, by setting a public hearing for April 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. to receive comments from interested persons.

2. Resolution Approving Quitclaim Deed to Larry Guess and Teresa Guess
Consider authorization for the President and Secretary to execute a Quitclaim Deed to Larry Guess and Teresa Guess, for any interest the District may have in that certain Grant of Irrigation Easement recorded January 11, 1994, situated within APN 024-004-018, located in Stanislaus County.
