The Inkmasters’ Tattoo Show was becoming one of Modesto’s premiere events. Last year’s attendance reached 4000 and received positive reviews from the public and artists. The media’s coverage of the event presented readers with a favorable account of the tattoo culture as one that is growing and becoming more and more popular among society.
This year founder Wayne Allen decided to move the event to a more recognizable venue. The Stanislaus County Fairgrounds proved to be the best fit for this event, not only economically but geographically. Allen feels the venue location offers a multitude of options for patrons and vendors. BIGGER, BETTER, INKIER is Inkmaster’s motto for the upcoming Inkmaster’s Tattoo Show this September 11-12.
As an artist and Tattoo shop owner, Allen feels there is no better show or expo than one put on by a fellow tattooist.
“I live and bleed this culture and feel Inkmaster’s has the potential to be one of the premier shows of California,” said Allen. “I command excellence and originality and only wish to bring in the best of the best. I’ve personally reviewed the work of the artists invited and could not be happier than to have them display their awesome talent at Inkmaster’s this September 11-12.”
Inkmaster’s will include many tattoo artists including last year’s award winner from Turlock’s Blasting Zone Tattoos, Jay!
There will be tattoo contests, raffles, and entertainment.
