University’s KCSS 91.9 FM “One Night Bandstand” Music Festival

University’s KCSS 91.9 FM “One Night Bandstand” Music Festival

KCSS 91.9 FM will be hosting the first annual “One Night Bandstand” music festival as a kickoff event for its spring membership drive. The event will take place on April 23, 2011 at the Grizzly Rock Cafe in Turlock. Doors are at 5:00 p.m. and the music starts at 6:00 p.m. Admission to the event is free.


Performing on three different stages; the festival will feature over 17 bands of the Rock, Blues, Folk, and Punk ge…nres. Also, there will be a live D.J. keeping the music going throughout the night.
 
KCSS is a nonprofit college radio station located at California State University, Stanislaus. Every semester they hold a membership drive hoping to recruit new fans and raise funds to keep the station going. While there is no charge to attend the event, KCSS will be accepting donations as part of their membership drive.
 
The Grizzly Rock Cafe is a full service restaurant located at 4905 N. Golden State Boulevard. The event is open to the public and is all ages. A valid ID is required for any adult beverages.
