CSU Stanislaus Warrior Day is a long time tradition devoted to Warrior spirit and entertainment. Held the second Friday of every May, students take a break from studying and finals and celebrate the year with friends, classmates, and alumni. Crowds of thousands come out the CSU Stanislaus amphitheatre to enjoy, live music, competitions, inflatable games and dancing.
This year’s musical performances include headliner Ying Yang Twins, One Pin Short, Southern Bend, Elegancia Musical, and DJ Super Soundz.
There will be many activities such as a bungee trampoline, jousting, body painting, henna tattoos, a caricature artist, and photo booth.
There will be food and drinks available for purchase and plenty of lawn to spread a blanket out on while enjoying the sun.
Warrior Day for 2011 is on May 13th and will be held from 2-7pm. This event is primarily for CSU Stanislaus students but tickets for CSUS Students’ guests are available at the door for $20 (limited to 2 per student). Those attending must be over 18.
