Kids Free Night at the Stanislaus County Fair, Thursday

It’s Emanuel Family Practice Kids Free Night at the Stanislaus County Fair. Kids 12 and under admitted free! Gifts from Emanuel Family Practice to the first 1,000 guests.

 

TONIGHT AT THE FAIR

HIGHLIGHTS: 4-H Farmyard Experience, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m; Centennial Exhibit 5 – 11 p.m.; Budweiser Clydesdales Parade 6:15 p.m.; Lowe’s Kids Make-and-Take Projects 5:30 – 7 & 7:30 – 9 p.m.; Rabbit Petting Hours 6 – 9p.m.; Sr. Cheesy Idea Contest 6 p.m.; 2nd Annual Market Steer Auction 7 p.m. SCVNGR: Text the word “FAIR” to 728647 to play and try to win an iPad and 4 Disneyland Park Hopper Tickets from KAT Country 103 and the 100 Year Pass from the Fair.

 
FOODMAXX ARENA: CCPRA Rodeo, 6:30 p.m., free with Fair admission. Presented by Thompson Chevrolet.
 
BUDWEISER VARIETY FREE STAGE: Bob & Tom Comedy All-Stars hosted by 104.1 The Hawk at 8:30 p.m.
 
CENCAL CENTER STAGE: Chico Avila 5:30, 6:45, 8 & 9:15 p.m.
 
CHARTER FAMILY FUN STAGE: Jest In Time Circus 6 & 8:30 p.m.; The Steve Bayner Hypnotist Show 7 p.m. & 10 p.m.
 
HEALTH PLAN OF SAN JOAQUIN CENTENNIAL STAGE: Sousa Band 6 – 8 p.m.
 
HOURS: Gates open at 5 p.m.; exhibit buildings close at 11 p.m.; carnival closes at 12 a.m.
 
PARK ‘N RIDE: 4:30 p.m. – 12 a.m.; Park free and ride free from CSU Stanislaus (Crowell off Monte Vista) and/or Pitman High (Christoffersen Way). Shuttles run every 15 – 20 minutes to/from the Fair’s Arch Gate. Sponsored by FOX 40 News.
 
WHERE: From Highway 99, exit at Fulkerth Road in Turlock and head east. For Fairgrounds parking, turn right on Soderquist Road, or go past Soderquist for more parking; $4 per vehicle.
 
ADMISSION: $12 for adults, $5 for seniors age 65 and up, free today for kids age 12 and under (regularly $5 for children age 7 to 12 and free for age 6 and younger).
