California State University, Stanislaus (CSU Stanislaus) will hold the first-ever Science Day at the Turlock campus on Saturday, February 11, 2012, from 10am to 2pm.
Members of the public, and especially families with children, are invited to attend he first-ever CSU Stanislaus Science Day at CSU Stanislaus. The event is free and open to the public.
The event will be held in the Naraghi Hall of Science and feature activities for kids, science shows, open labs, and guided tours, which will also include the campus planetarium. Fans of insects, skeletons, skulls, fossils, and snakes, take note; there will be plenty to see, touch and learn about the natural sciences of chemistry, physics, biology and geology at Science Day.
Science Day is being planned by four campus student organizations: The Pre-Health Society, American Chemistry Society Club, Bio Club, and Society of Physics Students.
