Outstanding wines, beer, cheese, appetizers, and desserts prepared by top regional restaurants and wineries will highlight the March 8th Vines event at CSU Stanislaus.
From wine novices to advanced wine enthusiasts, Vines is a casual and fun evening for all CSU Stanislaus alums and friends. Sip great wines and beers poured by the Central Valley’s best wineries and brewers. Savor delicious cuisine presented at festive tasting stations, where the area’s hottest chefs prepare their signature dishes.
Vines is the Office of Alumni Affairs’ signature fundraising event sponsored by E. & J. Gallo Winery, Sharon Naraghi Farms, Boyett Petroleum, Cash-Dudley Speiller & Torres, Charter Communications, Eileen Hamilton, New Bridge Management, Merrill Lynch/Paul Gregory & Ramsin Ganji, and Modesto Eye Center.
More than 25 of the best wineries, restaurants, and breweries make Vines an exceptional event.
Vines will take place from 7pm to 9pm (sponsors preview begins at 6pm) in the CSU Stanislaus Main Dining Hall, and feature a live jazz quartet and silent auction sponsored by Liberty Property Management and Paul Gregory and Ramsin Ganji of Merrill Lynch. All proceeds of the silent auction benefit the Alumni Scholarship Fund.
Vines is open to the public, 21 years and older. Tickets are limited and may be purchased online at www.csustan.edu/stanbyme/vines/ for $50. A list of participants may also be viewed online at the website.
