b. Inspiration: Estefania Gallardo, a student from Wakefield Elementary School, and a Character Counts award recipient for the character trait of “trustworthiness”, will provide the Inspiration for the meeting.
c. Flag Salute: Marium Wilson, a student from Wakefield Elementary School, and a Character Counts award recipient for the character trait of “trustworthiness”, will provide the flag salute for the meeting.

It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the Tentative Agreement between the District and California School Employees Association, including the 2012-2013 salary schedule.
b. (Action) – Approval of the Tentative Agreement with Turlock Teachers Association (TTA) (Lawler)
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the Tentative Agreement between the District and Turlock Teachers Association, including the 2012-2013 salary schedule.
XII. 7:15pm BUSINESS SERVICES
a. (Action) – Approve Change Order No. 1 for the Cunningham Modernization Project (Trainor)
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $102,288.00 for the Cunningham Modernization Project.
