On Wednesday, October 10th, the Turlock Chamber of commerce will be holding their 5th Annual Business Leadership Summit at the Assyrian American Civic Club of Turlock, located a 2618 N. Golden State Boulevard.
This year’s summit will include economic forecasts, for both today and tomorrow, investment capital, Cal Chamber’s efforts to save industries and jobs, knowledge and training on starting a business, a chance to visit with the businesses around the region, and a chance for networking with various business partners, employees, and clients.
Keynote speakers at this year’s summit include Lon Hatamiya, former Secretary of the California Technology, Trade, and Commerce Agency, and Allen Zaremberg, President/CEO of the California Chamber of Commerce.
The focus of the summit is on providing key tools to help maintain and expand productivity and to inform business leaders on subjects that can be used to enhance the quality of their business. Alongside this, there will also be resources for those who might be interested in starting their own business. Hopefully, people will be able to learn some useful tips at this summit. There will be tips and tricks to grow a business, such as getting help with branding. For any business, branding is so important, so this should help new businesses significantly.
About 40 vendors, including TurlockCityNews.com, will also be showcased during a business expo that will provide the opportunities for business networking and outreach to the public.
The Turlock Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Summit Committee look forward to a successful event. It is the goal of the Chamber to serve the business community by providing information and training that will assist in making our businesses grow and thrive in a positive environment.
Event partners include The Alliance, Ceres Chamber of Commerce, Lodi Chamber of Commerce, Merced Chamber of Commerce, and the Modesto Chamber of Commerce.
