Get ready to paint the town green on St. Patrick's Day.
The Fourth Annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl will hit Downtown Turlock on March 16, offering prizes, food, and great company.
The event will include seven different intersecting routes throughout Downtown Turlock bars this year, as well as a ‘Quick Shot Stop’ hosted by Bistro 234. All proceeds from the daylong event – kicking off at 11 a.m. on St. Patrick's Day – will benefit the Turlock Salvation Army.
Organizer Kristin Bettencourt, said that last year's event drew 105 attendees. But this year’s pub crawl is expected to be even bigger.
“We are hoping to sell 500 tickets this year,” Bettencourt said. “We are very grateful for the businesses that have been with us since the first event: Dust Bowl, The Vintage Lounge, Red Brick, El Jardin, Jura’s, and Staley’s.
“We are happy to have Bistro 234 join us again and excited to welcome Wellington Station into the mix.”
Tickets are $30, and include an event t-shirt. Prizes will also be handed out to those who dress up in their best green.
Tickets go on sale beginning Feb. 12 and can be purchased at The Vintage Lounge, located at 110 W. Main Street, and at EXIT Realty Consultants, located at 600 E. Main, Suite 300. Attendees must be 21 years old.
