California State University, Stanislaus invites the campus community and the community-at-large to help decorate pillowcases for veterans in nearby hospitals and care facilities.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 20, CSU Stanislaus students, faculty, and other local community members will join at the flagpole in the quad to decorate pillowcases for veterans.

The CSU Stanislaus Troops to College Committee is partnering with the American Red Cross to host the Third Annual National Salute to Veteran Patients.

New, white pillowcases may be decorated during the event or donated for others to decorate. Pillowcases may also be dropped off on campus prior to the event at Enrollment Services, located in the Mary Stuart Rogers building at CSU Stanislaus. Pillowcases can also be dropped off at the Student Veteran Center in the Student Services Building, Room 115.

For more information, contact Mami Trussell at (209) 667-3964.
