Dig for Gold at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds

Want to learn how to dig for gold? Then rush to the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds to learn how.

On March 23 and 24, the Gold Prospectors Association of America will teach guests how to dig for gold. Participants will get the unique opportunity to see the equipment used by prospectors, demonstrations of panning, lectures on land rights, and many other exhibits.

The event will also feature various raffles and allow participants to get a ‘hands-on’ experience in learning how to find gold.

The event is said to be an educational and fun-filled day for the whole family and for those who enjoy the outdoors.

Admission is $5 for adults, and kids 12 and under get in free. The first 100 paid guests will also receive a free gold sample.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both March 23 and 24 at at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds.
