Windy days are bad for allergies, but great for flags.

The American flag outside of what will be a new, $23 million Sutter Gould Foundation medical center was waving over the past few days.

The 37,000 square-foot Sutter Gould Foundation medical center is currently under construction on the corner of Golden State Boulevard and West Christoffersen Parkway. The facility is expected to open in August.
