Local business owner Bob Tumazi drove his 1956 Volkswagen Bus out into the sunshine recently, providing passersby with a very purple sight to see.

Tumazi explained that smiles, honks, and friendly stares are common when he rolls out the restored bus.

Tumazi has a passion for VW Buses and holds extensive knowledge of the German vehicles. This sunny day, the bus was parked near the countryside at Daubenberger Road.

Tumazi decided on purple to stray from the typical pastels of many other VW buses to create a truly stand-out van.
