Turlock High School and Pitman High School may be crosstown rivals, but a few young athletes recently proved that the rivalry is all in good fun.

In past years the rivalry has, at times, turned ugly. Administrators threatened to cancel the Harvest Bowl, the annual crosstown football game, after the match’s 2008 edition was marred by fights.
