Police Arrest Suspect at his Residence Following Terminated Pursuit

Turlock police had to travel to a suspect’s residence to arrest him, after he allegedly led police on a pursuit out of town early Sunday morning.

At 3:22 a.m., a Turlock police officer spotted a driver driving without his headlights on near the intersection of North Broadway and North Front Street.

The officer attempted to make a routine stop, but the subject fled. The officer initiated a pursuit.
The officer recognized the suspect as Kyle Rojas, 27, as he has allegedly had prior contact with the subject.

The pursuit headed north, and eventually out of the City of Turlock boundaries.

At this time, the pursuit was terminated due to being out of Turlock boundaries.

Since the officer had prior contact with the suspect, he attempted to locate the suspect at his residence in the 2100 block of Garden Lane.

Rojas was at the residence when police arrived. He was arrested for felony pursuit and possession of methamphetamine. Rojas was on probation for burglary.
