California State University, Stanislaus students and friends gathered Friday afternoon under the sun to see Far East Movement, self-proclaimed Dirty Bass artists, which they describe as a mix of electronic, rap and pop music.

The group performed their 2010 hit “Like a G6,” without Dev, the Manteca-born rapper singer songwriter who samples on the song along with The Cataracs.

Beach balls were flying and beats were blasting as the crowd went crazy for the Far East Movement, who kept things interesting with a sumo suit, giant, inflatable rubber duckie and champagne showers for the front row.

Warrior Day took place in the amphitheatre of the CSU Stanislaus campus.
