The Turlock Fire Department is partnering with American Medical Response to host “Compression Only CPR” training sessions on Wednesday.
Training sessions will only take 10 minutes, and no appointment is necessary to attend. Sessions are free to the public.
On Wednesday, AMR operations across the country are uniting to train thousands of people in compression only CPR.
The World CPR Challenge is a chance for Turlock Fire Department and AMR to partner and give CPR training to as many people as possible.
The 10-minute training sessions will be held at 244 N. Broadway in the downstairs training room at the south end of the Public Safety Facility between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday. Participants do not need to stay for the entire time.
