From near murders to play structure fires, Donnelly Park has had its fair share of problems. One issue now coming up is the lack of cleanliness at the park.
The City of Turlock is in charge of keeping the park clean, however Turlockers still complain about the mess there.
Some Turlockers have tried taking the cleanup of the park into their own hands, but the park remains riddled with trash, dead fish, and birds.
