The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office has identified the bodies of two more of the victims in June’s murder-suicide in Turlock, and tentatively identified the fourth and final victim.
Coroner’s confirm that Robert Babakhan, 42, and Rozmary Babakhan, 69, were victims in the Red Oak Court murder-suicide. Rodney Bowman, 39, was identified by Coroner’s last week.
Sarkis Babakhan, 78, has also tentatively been identified as the fourth victim in the murder-suicide. Coroner’s are waiting for DNA results to properly identify Sarkis Babakhan, as they could not get clear dental results. It is unknown at this time how long the DNA results will take.
Sarkis and Rozmary Babakhan were previously identified as victims based on property records of the home on the 3000 block of Red Oak Court.
The first body was found by an unknown relative at approximately 10 p.m. on June 26 after not hearing from the family for some time. The other three bodies were found by Turlock Police Department who responded after the relative found the first body. Turlock police declared the incident a murder-suicide on June 27.
The Turlock Police Department has not released any details since June 27, as they await toxicology reports from the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office.
The Turlock Fire Department is also investigating an element of arson present in the home.
