For the third time this month, Charles Delp, 41, was arrested in Turlock.
Delp was first arrested on July 5 after allegedly locking a female victim in his vehicle following a domestic dispute. At that time he was arrested and booked for domestic battery and false imprisonment.
On Wednesday, at approximately 3:06 p.m., Turlock police arrested Delp once again, this time for violating a restraining order, according to the Turlock Police Department.
Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb could not comment on the specifics of the restraining order, so it is unknown if the order requires Delp stay away from the victim of the July 5 incident.
It is also unknown if Delp was out on bail or some other instance when he violated the restraining order. Although being arrested Wednesday, Delp is not currently in custody according to Stanislaus County Jail records.
Delp was also arrested on July 14, while he was out on bail. Officers allegedly found illegal prescription pills in Delp’s residence after he was allegedly involved in a verbal disturbance; Delp was charged with illegal possession of prescription pills and violating his bail agreement.
