Wanted Woman Arrested During Vehicle Stop

A wanted woman was arrested shortly after midnight on Tuesday after a traffic stop by Turlock police.

Officers stopped the vehicle on the 1000 block of East Glenwood Avenue at approximately 12:03 a.m.

Two subjects, a male and female, were contacted in the vehicle.

Maria Maldonado, 26, was found to have an active felony drug-related warrant, reports the Turlock Police Department.

She was arrested and booked for the warrant.

The male subject, Anthony Perez, 27, who had been driving the vehicle, was found to have a suspended license.

He was issued a citation by officers and released at the scene, according to the Turlock Police Department.

    Please tell me that they impounded the car for driving without a license! If the drivers license is suspended, it’s suspended for a reason, yet they don’t care and will kill someone in that car and flee the scene. Plus I also hope we get to see him in an orange jump suit Satudays picking up litter along the roadway for 6 months.
