A male subject was arrested Friday morning for trespassing after entering a home he had recently been evicted from.

Turlock police responded to the 600 block of Fullerton Drive at approximately 8:45 a.m. after a male subject, Derek Domingos, 26, was found in the residence.

Domingos had recently been evicted from the residence, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

It is unknown how Domingos entered the residence, but he allegedly tried to damage the new alarm at the residence.

It's very obvious how he entered the home that's his mommy and daddy's house where he grew up and they over spoiled him and gave him things he didn't deserve and he turned to drugs and this isn't news he's 26 now and it's been going on at least 10 years already the parents got to put foot down and quit allowing it but perhaps they feel guilty

it's pretty obvious that the person who is talking about the arrest on Derek Domingos is a family member. They go into personal details about his situation and nothing pertaining on how he was trespassing. Who else would know details about his situation? It's pretty sad that they would talk ill about his parents when they don't know the WHOLE story nor know what they've gone through. Imagine being his mom and dad and doing everything you can to try and help someone and nothing works. Last resort is evict him and let him figure it out on his own. They didn't invite him in the home, he obviously broke in.
