Police Find Loaded Firearm During Traffic Stop

Officers arrested a suspect with a loaded concealed firearm on Sept. 19 following a traffic stop.

Turlock police made a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation near the intersection of Tuolumne Road and Rochelle Avenue at 3:06 p.m. on Friday.

Officers contacted a male subject, Michael Hernandez, 21, in the vehicle.

According to the Turlock Police Department, officers allegedly located a concealed firearm during the course of the investigation.

Hernandez was arrested for possession of a loaded concealed firearm.

    way to go cops – arrest someone for trying to use the 2nd ammendment. of course the police will never arrest their crooked handlers or city officials for their graft.
