A Turlock resident submitted a picture of the City of Turlock yet again wasting water. This time in front of Turlock Junior High School.

Since mid-July, when the California Water Board approved $500 fines for water wasters, Turlock residents have consistently submitted pictures of water spilling into streets from City of Turlock owned property.

“The City of Turlock better never contact me or charge me any fines. This is utterly absurd or ridiculous…. Our City is doing this all over our streets, Parks, and who knows where else. When was it when “Government” owned the water rights! The water belongs to the ‘people’ We the people need to stand up and not tolerate this type of government,” wrote the Turlock resident.
