A male subject was arrested on Wednesday night after he was caught allegedly stealing plants from the Walmart on Fulkerth Road.
Turlock police responded to Walmart at approximately 9:24 p.m. on the report of a suspect shoplifting.
A suspect, later identified as Ralph Herrera, 45, was allegedly stealing plants from the business, according to the Turlock Police Department.
When officers arrived and contacted Herrera, he was found to have two felony warrants, said the Turlock Police Department.
Herrera was arrested for theft and the two felony warrants.
This dude used to work at penguins ice cream shop on canal before it became Starbucks. Used to be a really cool guy. Sad to see this.
