Turlock police arrested a male suspect on Oct. 6 after they allegedly located methamphetamine tucked away in the bicycle the suspect was riding.

Officers made a bike stop on the 300 block of Starr Avenue at approximately 9:23 p.m. Monday after locating the subject who allegedly did not have a light on his bicycle.

During the stop, the officer could allegedly see a baggie, which is commonly used to hold methamphetamine, sticking out of the handlebars.

Officers retrieved the baggie and allegedly found methamphetamine in the baggie, according to the Turlock Police Department.

The bicyclist, Timothy Lacy, 25, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine.

I think 5 years ago this guy pumped up the flat tire on my car with his bike pump. Perfect 40 pounds of pressure … I had a flat before work and I lived on Starr. He was amazing fast.

124-136 Starr Ave is drug and gang infested.
I hope the city council approves the police grant to help get the street crimes unit back.
This is much more important than pot holes and increased salary for an overpaid city manager and city attorney.

The 30 million you say the cops scraped up, was actually raised by selling bonds (guess you missed that part in the numerous articles done prior to it being built) and the RAISE they got…well that was part of a contract they didn’t even vote to approve. The REAL truth is the city manager and city attorney are the only ones getting rich off the tax payers in this city. You want to bash somebody? Go to the council meeting on the 14th and tell the council not to approve their contracts until a new mayor and council have an opportunity to see if they are WORTH what they WANT to be paid!

This has to be one of the worst articles I have read on TCN in a while. For approximately 100 words you would think that a professional journalist could write a better news piece. Reading the 4th paragraph made me wonder what qualifications you needed to publish articles here…
