Lines painted on southbound Crowell Road, at the Monte Vista Avenue intersection, now designate a lane for motorists making right turns onto Monte Vista Avenue.
Motorists have long squeezed between the vehicles making left turns or going straight and the curb to make a right turn, but they now have a designated turn lane.
Those traveling straight on Crowell Road or making a left-hand turn will share a lane.
