After being caught stealing clothes from the laundry room of an apartment complex on Sunday, a suspect ran from police and gave a false name, but was ultimately apprehended.

The victim had allegedly seen a female subject stealing clothes from the communal laundry room at an apartment complex on the 400 block of Wayside Drive, said Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb.

Officers responded just before noon on Sunday, and located the suspect.

The suspect, later identified as Amber Ledezma, 29, ran from officers, but was ultimately apprehended on the 1300 block of Geer Road, said Webb.

When officers contacted Ledezma, she gave the false name of Amber Baker, according to Webb, as she had a felony warrant out of Placer County.

According to the Turlock Police Department, officers also allegedly found that Ledezma was in possession of methamphetamine and allegedly positively identified her as the suspect in an auto theft that occurred on Oct. 30.

Ledezma was arrested for burglary, lying to police officers, auto theft, possession of methamphetamine, and the felony warrant out of Placer County, according to the Turlock Police Department.

You know, Amber, they do give crackheads like you free clothes at the HAMCenter on East Ave. Had you been a tad more resourceful, you wouldn't have been busted today, for something so ridiculous.

Real estate agency involves dealing with properties either for selling or purchasing. When a client comes to a real estate agency to sell a property, it is the estate agent's job to find a buyer. If the agent finds a buyer and closes the deal at a good price for both parties, the estate agent gets a 1% commission from both buyer and seller. This is how real estate agencies work, and estate agents earn."

  • dans on How to choose the right weight loss clinic? "A reputable weight loss clinic should preferably include counseling while being overseen by a doctor or other qualified medical expert. However, some weight-loss facilities allow clients to quickly obtain weight-loss medications and leave without providing a thorough medical history or seeking a physician's opinion. You should stay away from these types of locations because they're dangerous and probably won't result in long-term weight loss. Find a facility that focuses on the behavioral treatment or lifestyle counseling instead. They can provide you with the tools you need to make healthy decisions and advice on how to fit exercise into your daily schedule. Some of these tactics include keeping track of your meals and keeping a weekly workout log."
