The sales may be over, but the Valley View Plaza Shopping Center, located on the corner of Geer Road and Monte Vista Avenue, was still celebrating the “black” in Black Friday.

Lights in the parking lot were out on Monday night, creating a very dark view for passersby and scary walk for customers.

Despite the lights being out, businesses in the shopping center still had power and were open.

This happens when tweekers get into areas of the property they aren't supposed to be in, and gain access to the electrical workings of the lighting system. They then steal the copper wire that connects all the lights. Poison the dope supply and get rid of this vermin.
