The sales may be over, but the Valley View Plaza Shopping Center, located on the corner of Geer Road and Monte Vista Avenue, was still celebrating the “black” in Black Friday.
Lights in the parking lot were out on Monday night, creating a very dark view for passersby and scary walk for customers.
Despite the lights being out, businesses in the shopping center still had power and were open.
