The storm has fully reached Turlock and what began as a windy morning has turned into a full-fledged mess.
Rain has started to pour down and fill the streets of Turlock and several trees have fallen around Turlock.
Picture is a large tree branch that fell in Crane Park; luckily the tree narrowly missed a power line and did not cause any issues.
Other Turlockers have reported trees falling in their neighborhoods.
Despite the storm hitting hard at the moment, most Turlock residents have power still.
Turlock Irrigation District is not reporting any major outages in Turlock, however there may be some smallers outages not being reported.

The City of Turlock provides several proactive and reactive methods of dealing with storm related issues, such as flooding.
