Duo Arrested on Multitude of Warrants Following Theft

Two men were arrested Tuesday night after being contacted as suspects in a theft at RadioShack.

Michael Foulks, 29, was arrested for theft, a domestic violence warrant, and violation of his probation.

Joshua Charlton, 30, was arrested for a $50,000 narcotics related felony warrant and a child endangerment warrant.

According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, the two subjects entered the RadioShack at 3161 Geer Rd. and one subject allegedly stole a security camera system.

The theft was reported while in progress around 7:30 p.m. Officers responded, but the suspects had already fled the area upon their arrival.

Officers were however able to received a description of the suspect from the witnesses.

Later that evening, another officer spotted two male subjects appearing to match the description of the two suspects.

The two subjects, Foulks and Charlton, were contacted and arrested.

Foulks was positively identified as the theft suspect, said Lewis.

The stolen merchandise was recovered and returned to the store.

    You really should get all your facts together before you start posting things about people Brandon. And maybe you aren’t sure of what multitude means but it’s more than one warrant for one and 2 for the other. This site is such a crock all anybody has to do is look at the journal or the tpd crime log and they would be more informed than you sir.
