A male suspect was arrested on multiple battery charges early on Thursday after he pushed a female victim and punched a male victim.
Officers responded to the 1000 block of W. Canal Drive at approximately 2:43 a.m. on the report of a domestic dispute.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Officer Mayra Lewis, the suspect, Victor Mendoza, 20, had forced his way into the residence.
Once in, Mendoza shoved a female victim, said Lewis, and then punched a male victim.
Following the attack, the male victim was able to detain Mendoza and place him under citizen’s arrest until officers arrived.
Mendoza was arrested for assault and battery and misdemeanor domestic violence related battery.
