Turlock Police Looking for Missing At-Risk 71-Year-Old Man

The Turlock Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing at-risk 71-year-old man.

Carl Douglas Handy, 71, has not been seen or heard of since Feb. 26 and may be at-risk. He was last seen on the 3000 block of Washington Road.

Handy is described as standing 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, and having gray hair and hazel eyes.

He is believed to be driving a White Mitsubishi 3000 GT with a California License Plate of 5EZD921.

If you see Handy, the Turlock Police Department advises you not approach him, as he may be confused or scared. Please contact your local law enforcement agency immediately. The Turlock Police Department can be reached at 209-668-1200.

The Turlock Police Department is an active participant in the Crime Stoppers Program. Callers can leave an anonymous tip by calling Crime Stoppers at 209-521-4636 and may be eligible for a cash reward.
