Turlock City Council honored the 2014 CSU Stanislaus women’s soccer team for winning the NCAA Div. II West Region last year.
The team, coaches, and staff were honored with a proclamation and were then joined by Council and U.S. Representative Jeff Denham (R-Turlock) for a picture.

At about 2:30pm Friday afternoon, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s and Turlock Police responded to an armed robbery that had just occurred at Primo Market in the 800 block of S. First Street.
At about 2:20pm Wednesday afternoon, Stanislaus County Sheriff’s and Turlock Police responded to a weapon offense that had just occurred at a residence in the 900 block of Kenwood Avenue, after several callers had reported hearing about 10 shots in the area.
