Witnesses saw the collision and were able to keep Thurlow on scene, as she was trying to flee, according to the Turlock Police Department.

When officers arrived, they found that Thurlow was under the influence of a controlled substance.

Thurlow was arrested and booked for DUI.

No injuries were reported in the collision.

This was the second collision in less than a week caused by an intoxicated driver colliding with a parked vehicle.

On March 7, a drunk driver, Michael Whiteside, 24, collided with a parked car, pushing it into a second parked car and later collided into an electrical box before he was arrested.

Can’t maintain herself thus giving the government the reason to sanction everyone for her behavior. Lop off a finger and see if she does it again.

When will you morons stop driving drunk? My Son was hit by a hit and run drunk driver and seriously injured and the D.A’s office did not even press charges on her.
