During the month of April, Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital is encouraging the adoption of shelter pets in hopes the animals can find a “furrever” home.
To encourage the adoption of shelter pets, Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital will pay the adoption fees for all pets adopted from the Turlock Animal Shelter between April 20 and April 25.
“Monte Vista Hospital wants to raise awareness and promote adoptions at one of our local animal shelters,” said Monte Vista Vet owner and veterinarian Dr. Rob Santos. “We are committed to our Turlock community. I hope they adopt out a lot of pets that week.”
In addition to paying for adoption fees, families who adopt a pet will receive a $25 gift card to use at the Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital.
“We are so excited to bring together shelter pets that need homes and families that are looking for their forever pet!” Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital posted on Facebook.
Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital, located at 901 E. Monte Vista Ave., is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
