The cause was poor operation of the crane. He was trying to pick-up and place concrete barriers around a chemical spill. The spill happened earlier in the day and the truck that caused was no longer at the scene. Just a case of “bad to worse”.
I honestly doubt poor crane operation was the cause of this incident. This operator has been doing this for a very long time has a awesome track record and is well respected in the community! Why don’t we wait and let somebody who knows what really happened tell us the story. My prayers is that no one was hurt.
Your right theresa the truck was probably tired and laid down to take a nap, with the boom extended out to the side the truck turned over on.
