A family dispute led to the arrest of a male subject for criminal threats and battery of a peace officer last week.
On Aug. 1, Turlock police responded to the 4000 block of Whisper Place at approximately 8:41 a.m. on the report of a disturbance.
According to Turlock police spokesperson Sgt. Stephen Webb, a male subject was threatening family members and damaged property.
When officers arrived they attempted to take the suspect into custody, but he fought officers. Ultimately the subject was taken into custody.
Daniel Carbajal, 19, was arrested on suspicion of elder abuse, making criminal threats, and battery of a peace officer.
