turlock is going to the thieves, and gangs, homeless. I have lived here 10 months and have had tools, wire and just today a thief stole a paired pumpkin right off my front oorch. the neighborhood I live used to be the nicest one in turlock, but now I see tweaker on bicycles, and I even stopped a female deputy and told her where some dealers were dealing and her response was, yes there everywhere. Looks like it might be a little to late for turlock pd, to get control, too busy riding around.
